The details of existing risk assessments (names/notes etc.) can be viewed/edited in the risk assessments tab.
Here are the steps you can follow to make those changes -
- Click the Risk assessments tab on the menu located at the left side of the website
- Click on the "Options" menu denoted by the three dots at the end of the row you want to edit.
- Click on 'edit assessment name' to edit the name of the assessment. Click save to update the changes.
- Click on 'edit advisor note' to add or edit any notes related to the assessment. Click save to update the changes.
- You will also have the option to set the particular assessment as your client's primary assessment.
