You can customize your investor worksheets in multiple ways before sending them to your clients, like sending a pre-filled link.
If you want your client to fill in a specific section of the assessment but have some of the information filled in beforehand, you can send your client a pre-filled investor worksheet link.
The steps to do so are given below-
- Click the "clients" tab on the website's left side.
- Click on the client of interest. Then, click on the "Actions" button located here. Under this dropdown, select "Send investor worksheet link."
- Select the "Customized" button
- Under the customization section, select "Pre-filled link." You can now pull data from existing risk assessments and select what you want to send to your client.
- If you select the "omitted" option for the Willingness or Ability sections, an empty Willingness or Ability section will be displayed to the client for them to fill in their responses.
- Scroll down and click the "Generate link" button.
- You can now send the link via email or copy it to your clipboard!
